Can I send bulk Messages?
Yes, using our “Campaign” feature you can send a bulk announcement to multiple tenants in your yard.
Can I attach files/images to my Messages?
Yes, you can attach files or images to your messages, which is helpful for sharing documents, maps, or other relevant information with your customers.
Can I track Message history with customers?
Yes the Messages tab maintains a comprehensive history of all communications with each customer, allowing you to review past interactions and provide more personalized support.
Step-by-step
How to send Messages & Campaigns

Enhance your employee training with the messaging feature in Truckbays. Follow these engaging instructions to efficiently send messages and create campaigns to keep your clients informed.
1. Click "Messages" from the main dashboard.
Access the messaging feature.

2. Click "New message" to start a new chat with a customer.
Initiate a new message.

3. For messages to an individual select the "Single" option and choose the customer.
Choose a recipient.

4. Click on the customer you would like to message.
Select a specific customer.

5. Click "Create new Message" to create the chat and begin messaging.
Start composing the message.

6. Type your message in the box bellow.
Enter your message content.

7. To attach files click the plus and select the file of your choice.
Add any media.

8. Click here to send the message.

9. To send campaigns click "New message"
Begin a new message.

10. Click "Campaign" to send a message to all customers.
Start a campaign message.

11. Here choose between active customers or active and upcoming customers
Select the campaign recipients.

12. Here enter the name of your Campaign.
Name the campaign.

13. Here type the message you would like the recipients to receive.
Add a campaign description.

14. Click "Create campaign" to finish and send the message.
Finalize and launch the campaign.

15. Click "View Campaigns" to see all campaigns that you have created.
Access the list of campaigns.

16. Here you can see a comprehensive view of all of your campaigns.
