Is the Bays tab updated in real time?

Indeed, the Truckbays dashboard operates on a highly efficient real-time system. This ensures that as soon as a reservation is created online, all relevant information is immediately updated. This instant update applies to every piece of information displayed on the dashboard, allowing for accurate tracking and management of reservations at all times.

Is the “Occupancy” page in the dashboard the same as the “Bays” tab.

Indeed, you have the ability to access the bays tab, not just from the main menu, but also through an alternative route. This can be done by navigating to the main dashboard of the application. Once you are on the main dashboard, you can locate and select the "Occupancy" option. After clicking on "Occupancy", you will be directed to the bays tab where you can find more detailed information.

What is the Bays Tab?

1. Click the "Bays" tab on the left or press "Occupancy" from the main dashboard.

2. Here you can see the overview of all bays and reservations.

This shows all info at a glance regarding bays.

3. By clicking "status" you can filter the bays you see by status.

4. Click "Payment" to filter bays by the current payment status.

In this example the "Paid" option was selected.

5. To view a specific bay in detail select "View Bay" next to the desired reservation.

6. Here you can see a more in depth veiw of a specific bay.

7. To update a specific customers price click "Update Price".

8. Here you can chose from all your custom Price points or create a new one. Once you are done select "Save price point".

Price points are custom payments that you can assign to a specific customer. This does not update the price for all bays or new customers, only the customer in the bay you are editing will be affected.

9. To remove a customers gate access click "Remove Gate Access"

10. Then accept the acknowledgment by pressing "Remove access".

Gate access is revoked immediately and can also be granted back immediately.

11. To cancel a reservation click "Cancel reservation"

12. Then accept the acknowlegement by clicking "Cancel Reservation"

Cancelation only applies to monthly customers and will take effect for the following month.

13. To see any upcoming reservations for a bay click "Upcoming"

15. Click "History" view any previous reservations for a particular bay.

You can also view the details of the previous Tennant.

16. Back in the "Current Reservations" tab click "Chat with customer" to initiate a chat with the current customer in that bay.
